Alternative Vocation Program

Momentum Healthcare is proud to announce the establishment of the
Alternative Vocation Program!
The AVP is a nationwide program designed to get injured individuals back to work.
This is done by scheduling appointments for the injured worker in order to facilitate the job seeking process.
The program is performed in three phases
Phase I (First 30 Days)
- A review of the work restrictions or FCE to determine physical cpabilities.
- Vocational interview to determine work history and transfer skills and educational attainment.
- Provision of job leads with a scheduled time and date to visit employers.
Phase II (Next 30 Days)
- Continue with the provision of scheduled interview/ job appointments/ applications completion to be done at the rate of one a week.
- Copy all parties on progress.
Phase III (Last 30 Days)
- Continue to provide weekly scheduled job leads at the rate of one a week and follow up with employer.
- Prepare final comprehensive report regarding job placement efforts over the 90 day period.
