Linda brings over 30 years of expert disability management experience to the company.  Linda is responsible for maintaining a high level of professional service integrity focusing on quality and speed of service for all professionals providing rehabilitation services.  

Kathryn May, BSN, RN, CRRN
Nurse Case Manager and Network Supervisor
Kathryn is responsible for supervision of Momentum's network of service providers throughout the country.  Additionally, she medically manages a diverse caseload traumatic, catastrophic and other physical injury claims with a psychiatric overlay. 

Nicole Chobert, MHS, CRC
Vocational Specialist
Nicole is responsible for a diverse caseload of disability claims that include Long-term Disability claimants, Social Security claimant, Florida & Georgia Workers Compensation claimants and claims falling under the Federal Longshore Act.   

Beth Simkins, BS, PTA
Office Manager
