David Calvert

David Calvert has an MBA in Finance from the University of Utah, and served as CFO, COO, and VP of Operations for several organizations both inside and out of the healthcare industry.  Most recently served as the CFO for a healthcare consulting firm specializing in cost reduction for large medical service providers.  David managed the sourcing of new products, manufacturing schedules, quality control, and logistics. He also provided insight on high-level financial deal making strategies, sales team staffing, all logistics (warehousing & distribution), and managed/maintained C Level client relationships. David has traveled extensively across the US and to Asia in the pursuit of disruptive innovation in the healthcare space.

Dale Leibert

Dale Leibert has a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of California Santa Barbara. Mr. Leibert is one of the most tenured and successful sales & marketing professionals in Spine and Biologics industry over the last 25 years in the United States. He started his college education premed and business. Over his career he has immersed himself in spine and biologics. His first mentor in Spine was Dr. Leon Wiltse, one of the founding fathers of modern spine surgery.

Over his tenure, Dale launched Aesculap Spine in the Western United States by becoming the first member of its spine team. Throughout his career he has established valued relationships with the leading hospitals and medical professionals at such prominent institutions as USC, UCLA, Cedars Sinai, Dignity Health, Providence, HCA, Scripps, Sharp and others across the country.  A hallmark of Dale’s career has been an acute focus on positive patient outcomes and quality cost of care.

CFO

Robert Bejoian

Robert Bejoian received his MBA degree in Finance from Boston College. He started his career at Mellon Bank, a top ten commercial bank where he focused on financing startups and acquisitions.  He has over 35 years of finance, accounting and marketing consultant service experience in various industries for both national and international ventures.

Mr. Bejoian founded a manufacturing company which he led to over $50,000,000 in annual sales. Robert has spent the last 10 years working with Mr. Leibert in the healthcare field.  Additionally over the last decade he has sat on numerous boards for both profit and non-profit organizations.
